In the year 2001 graduated at Tadeusz Czacki High School in Warsaw, Poland in the class of theatre profile and passed her baccalaureate exam.

In the years 2001 – 2004 studied religious studies at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland.

Eventually started studies at faculty of informations science in Warsaw, Poland. In 2006 graduated from faculty on Library and Information Science, at Warsaw University with bachelor diploma. Her dissemination thesis was „Polish Jews Genealogy: sources and methods of research”. In 2008 graduated at the same faculty with specialisation in management of knowledge and information and defended her master thesis on the role of information in modern society on example of free-hosting movement.

In November 2008 Julia has been accepted to Inter-department PhD Studies at the Department of History, based at Institute of Applied Social Sciences. The programme lasts 4 years. In November 2012 officially accepted by the Academic Council of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of University of Warsaw as PhD candidate.
Dissertation on the influence of experience of Holocaust on created post-war national identity in Poland and Israel.
